VIEW PROJECTS

The purpose of Construction Management Services at EMC is to represent the interests of the Owner and provide a measure of quality assurance.

The process includes a variety of services, from the initial pre-construction conference to the final construction closeout documents. EMC has provided these services on transportation, drainage, land development, environmental, and marine projects. Clients have included state and federal agencies, counties, municipalities, industries, and private developers. Pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation since 1987, EMC has successfully completed numerous GDOT Construction Engineering Inspection projects. This construction management staff is very knowledgeable of standard construction specifications of the Georgia Department of Transportation and the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.
