EMC has worked directly and indirectly for the Federal Government for over 30 years.  Our original client was the United States Army Corps of Engineers where we worked with them in maintaining navigation lanes through dredge projects.  Many of our more senior engineers learned their trade on dredge barges!    Our clientele has grown and a significant amount of our government work is in the design-build contracting market with projects ranging from warehouse facilities to tracked vehicle washes, to playgrounds and sports field complexes.  We have worked as far west as the Kwajalein Atoll and as far north as Greely, Alaska!

Our municipal clients have been some of our most faithful.  A County Manager or Engineer wants to be able to discuss his or her projects with a trusted advisor.  EMC made a decision a number of years ago to have a location within 75 miles of all of our clients due to the successes we have achieved through our rural and small community clientele.  For over 40 years, we have served dozens and dozens of Cities and Counties with over 75% rate of repeat business.
