EMC Engineering Services, Inc. provided surveying and engineering for the Brampton Avenue/Stanbuck Lane and Veterans Memorial Parkway intersection improvements in preparation of GDOT standard traffic signal installation. The scope of work included a topographic survey and civil site design including: 5-ft sidewalks, addition of left turn lanes, 100-ft intersection radii, 30” curb and gutter, GDOT standard pavement thickness inside of right-of-way, 24” curb and gutter and 6” GAB, 2” 9.5 MM superpave outside of right-of-way, driveway restoration, and ADA standard handicap ramps.
