Hydrology Study to update the existing XPSWMM stormwater model of the 6300 Casey Canal south drainage basin in Savannah, GA. Updates to the SWMM model include additional drainage networks and the creation of a two-dimensional model to map areas that flood in the basin. The SWMM model was run for the 2,10, 25 and 100-year storm events to determine depth and duration of flooding, map flood plain areas and develop improvements for 100-year flood protection. A report was prepared with improvement exhibits, flood maps and cost estimates. The condition of the existing drainage system was reviewed to update the model and to determine where drainage infrastructure needed to be replaced as part of the proposed improvements.
