In 2018 Chase began construction on one of their newest locations, the Lake & Meeting Street Branch on Skidaway Island in Savannah, Georgia. Skidaway Island is a beautiful barrier island in Chatham County with a population around 8,300 and continues to grow, as the island attracts new businesses and residents with its charm, beauty and location. The new Lake & Meeting Street Branch, completed in 2019, has over 3,522 sf., 22 parking spaces and 1 drive-thru/ATM, in addition to beautiful landscaping that corresponds to the look and feel of the island. EMC Engineering Services, Inc. was pleased to provide Engineering and Surveying Services for the Chase Bank Lake & Meeting Street Branch location, which involved: Preliminary Site Visit, Existing Site Analysis, Zoning and Building Code Review, Final Due Diligence Report, Related Expenses, ALTA/ACSM Surveying and Geotechnical Reporting.
