Description:
Phase I of the project encompasses an approximately 11.5‐acre residential neighborhood; site bounded on north and south by Anderson St. and 34th Street, and on east and west by Burroughs St. and Ogeechee Road respectively; designed and certified completion of infrastructure, park/landscape design and site work, which will support the development as master planned by the City.
Provided designs, calculations, conditions, specifications and guidelines, as well as construction monitoring, certification and close‐out documents for completion and approval by the City.
