EMC Engineering Services, Inc. provided surveying and engineering services for the removal of an existing dock, installation of a floating dock with concrete piles, widening of the boat hoisting slip, and replacement of existing monorail system cross members. The scope of work included surveying (topographic of the project site and hydrographic of the channel bottom), geotechnical engineering (Standard Penetration Resistance Testing and Analysis of two soils test borings to 60-feet depth), and site/structural engineering (construction plan development including demolition plan, site plan, structural plan and profiles, construction details and technical specifications). EMC also provided construction administration services.
