EMC Engineering Services, Inc. provided surveying, site/structural engineering and construction phase services for the renovation of six existing docks. Renovations included the removal and replacement of existing dock flotation devices, dock pile replacement, building structural member repair/replacement, roof system repair, end slip stabilization, and replacing all plumbing and electrical lines and connections. The scope of work included surveying (topographic and hydrographic to prepare construction-working drawings), site/structural engineering (construction drawings consisting of demolition plan, site plan, electrical plan, plumbing plan, construction details, and technical specifications), and all permitting services.
