Forum at Statesboro, developed by Parkland Development Corporation and Greystar, is a luxury student living apartment complex. Forum at Statesboro will serve the students of Georgia Southern University, offering studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Forum amenities include indoor basketball, swimming pool, sand volleyball, dog park and car-washing station.
EMC was delighted to provide surveying, civil design, planning/concept services, zoning services, environmental services, NPDES permitting and monitoring for this high-end living complex. The scope of work included Construction plans, which consisted of a topographic survey, site plan, paving grading and drainage plan, utilities plan, multi-phase erosion control plan, GDOT sidewalk extension plans for approximately 3,200 linear feet, storm and sanitary sewer profiles, and construction details.
