Home2 Suites by Hilton is a more affordable, all-suite extended-stay hotel featuring contemporary accommodations with customizable guest room designs. Launched in 2009, Home2 Suites by Hilton was the first new brand introduced by Hilton Worldwide in 20 years. Home2 Suites by Hilton opened its first property in Fayetteville, North Carolina in 2011 and has since opened over 50 additional locations.
Situated on approximately 2.44 acres of land off Veterans Memorial Parkway, Statesboro’s Home2 Suites is conveniently located near Georgia Southern University, East Georgia Regional Medical Center, Ogeechee Technical College, and Paulson Stadium. The new modern designed hotel offers several great amenities, 96 guest rooms, 1 large meeting room, and 650 sq. ft. of total event space.
EMC Engineering Services has a long-standing relationship with the developer, providing professional engineering services for a number of their developments. EMC was pleased to provide surveying, planning, site engineering, and construction phase services for this project, which consisted of one 13,416 sq. ft. hotel, 94 parking spaces, an enclosed dumpster, and pedestrian public access.
