This mixed use development project involved the preparation of master planning, infrastructure, drainage, golf course and commercial development plans for the creation of a new residential neighborhood in western Lowndes County, Georgia. The project covers 800 acres, and includes a golf course, commercial areas, single and multifamily residential neighborhoods. There are about 700 residences .
