EMC provided Planning, Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction Phase Services for the North Garden Expansion project, which included the development of a 1.5-acre, walled garden and outdoor assembly space. EMC worked closely with Daniel E. Snyder Architect, P.C. and Pioneer Construction, Inc. to integrate site utilities, drainage and parking seamlessly into the garden space using low impact development strategies. The garden features the Sister’s Garden, citrus and maple groves, Naturalistic Garden, a vine covered pergola, a roundel, and an open-air meeting space capable of 340 table seating and 550 concert seating.
