Description:
The Canopy, a senior living community, is owned and operated by Concordis Senior Living, LLC. Concordis, a privately held company, is an owner, operator and developer of senior housing communities throughout the southeastern United States. EMC was pleased to provide surveying and complete civil design services that included: planning, site design, utility design, erosion and sediment control, as well as construction management for this new 33,626 square foot Canopy Assisted Living Facility located in Valdosta, Georgia. The total development encompasses approximately 5 acres of walking trails, a memory garden, an open courtyard and other amenities for the residents. The facility opened to the public in the spring of 2020.
