Description:
EMC provided professional surveying and engineering services for this residential apartment complex for lower income housing. Our scope of work included a boundary and topographic survey of the existing area, preparation of a full set of construction documents based upon site plan provided by architect, paving and grading plan, utilities plan, erosion control plan, and construction details. EMC also prepared the Notice of Intent as required by EPD under the NPDES General Permit No. GAR10001-Stand Alone, as well as, provided a Comprehensive Monitoring Program for stormwater discharge.
