Description:
This development is a 352 unit complex located on Chatham Parkway between Interstate I‐16 and Ogeechee Road. The local developer designs, builds, manages and maintains properties throughout the Southeastern United States. They strive to produce projects that are both functional and aesthetic to the environment. This was very evident in the diligence shown by them during the assessment and preservation of existing trees at the Chatham Parkway site. Through the design process the project has laid the ground work for a nearby property to be platted and used as a mitigation site for flood plain impacts within the Salt Creek Drainage Basin. EMC appreciated the opportunity to provide survey, engineering and environmental services on this project.
