Quality assurance during construction is of prime importance to successful overall project development. The contractor’s quality assurance program combined with on–site owner representation are key ingredients to project success. It provides the owner with a level of comfort that the project is being constructed as it was planned and designed. The purpose of Construction Management Services at EMC is to represent the interests of the owner and provide a measure of this quality assurance.
